Policies
All consulting sessions are non-refundable once booked.
If you need to reschedule, you may do so up to 24 hours before your scheduled session using the link in your confirmation email.
Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session, or missed appointments (“no-shows”), will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
If you are late to the session, the meeting will still end at the originally scheduled time.
In the rare event that I need to reschedule, you will be offered a new time or a full refund.
